Grey structure cost Rs. 900/sq ft.
How architect calculate its consultancy fee?

It varies according to the design and material of building. Mostly calculate on basis of area per sq/ft.

On total cost of the project Architect can charges from 3% to 5% depends on project.
Since Area is big we can offer you 2%.
