Br malik sb…sir how much are the average charges for all the drawings and formailities for a 1 kanal house??Also interested in knowing what osama bin murad charges for same??
I went to Osama Bin Murad around 3 years back. He asked for 7 lac including landscaping, interior etc. It was for 50x90 house of 3 floors. My budget wasn't up to that limit. But I think he is worth. His designs were extra ordinary and he is quite famous.
Nasir Sb architect is has also good designs. He asked for 5 Lac probably.
I would prefer Qadri Associates whose designs are good and charges also reasonable. Probably 3 lac.
Usually 3 lac is the rate for 3 floor house.
But if you want a very cheap architect. I know one draft man type of person who do all CDA related formalities etc in very good rates. His name is Tanveer - 03335123578. He works from his home in G-7.
