Hi, i am planning to buy 8 marla plot in bahria orchard lahore with purpose of constructing house right away. I wanted to know if it is possible to construct to single storey house there and finish second storey maybe after 3-4 years. Also if anyone can advise how much area is usually covered for construction purpose of single storey house and how much budget should i keep in mind before starting construction on turnkey basis.
Single story covered area as per by laws from 1650-1700 sq ft depends on design.
