Good luck in constructing your new house,as far as question regarding cavity walls it certainly does help but its not for whole house only walls which are exposed to sun most of the time outer wall will be 9 inches and inner wall will be 4 inches make sure your 7 ft beam is at least 15 inches.as far as upvc windows they are same in price starting from 450 rs per sq ft

Cavity is good for heat resistance but it will increase the cost of structure…
Further you used alu or UPVC it should be double glazed so you
can get max effect.
