Rs.225 to 300/sq ft will be labor charges if you provide the material.
It depends on design and site actual conditions.

the market rate for labour is around 250-300 depending if you include the extra work in the rate or pay that separately. The rate also depends on the area but it should be around that range.

why difference or expensive in bahria , just bcz of steel or bahria check and balance on builders?or expensive bcz of qaulity?
I gues Rizwan’s question is also related to the end cost of grey structure including labour.
