I have a 3 Kanal plot in Cantt. I am looking to build on the structure with no finishing. Double basement, ground floor plus 5 floors. Approximately how much would it cost me to just build the structure and how long will it take for the construction.

Structure will cost around Rs.1800 too 2000/sft for basement and rest floor 1300 too 1350/sft , and it will take around 4 months.
It can be on average Rs.1500/sq ft to Rs.1800/sq ft for grey structure (frame Structure).
Accorate cost can be finalized once design and site actual conditions.

The construction costs around Rs 1400/Sq.Ft-Rs 1600/Sq.Ft. This can be finalized only when the architecture is finalized
These cost include the profit that a contractor earns. So if you are a layman in this field it is better that you give the project on contract rather than initiating it yourself.
