Plot has not yet been purchased. Getting an idea of cost to see if its makes financial sense to invest or not.
As I got the same plan. When I checked recently. It was costing around 25 to 3o lac per floor finished. But not the including plot price which will not be cheap.in islamabad. And also areas bylaws effect also on construction cost. Hope it helps thanks
