I want to know about the construction cost for 7 marla house in phase 8 rawp. The total cover area wouldn't more than 2700 sq feet as we are small family and i would leave space for patio and courtyard/greenbelt. What i want to know is:
Cost of mapping and architect design.
Total cost for grey structure
Total cost for finished work with best available materiel and fixtures.

Cost of mapping is around 70000 which includes architectural , structural drawings with 3d elevation if u for professional.
if you go for chaapa made drawing which is copy paste you can get in 20000
the cost of grey structure varies from 1200 to 1500 rupees depends upon site conditions and structure drawing. If there is a filling area. The contractor will charge more for raft foundation
finish work cost you around 2000 with grey structure. The contractor will charge if 2200 to 2300 if you give with material contractor
around 75 lacs you can get a good house with material contact and if you do it yourself you can make it in 65 lacs
