If there is a feeling about 15 to 20 feet. Also, suggest with the season is perfect for the construction of the new house. Also inform which construction company or other is best.

In bahria phase-8, basement is more costly than other societies.
Here basement costs 1.5 to 1.65 % of the above the ground construction.
You have to make piles and a full concrete floor with heavy steel structure for the full basement area in question.
