Dear all, I want to construct a 5 Marla house in Islamabad. The covered area of the house is about 2250 sq feet. It has four bed with attached bath, two kitchen, two TV lounges, two drawing room and a mumty with a room on the top. I want to know about the following things:
1. Total cost of the house with good construction and average finishes.
2. No of bricks required.
3. Quantity of steel required.
4. No of cement bags required.
5. Quantity of wood (cubic feet) required for 18 door(excluding the chhat, because that will be made of iron).
6. Cost of electricity wiring etc.
7. Quantity of marble required.
8. Quantity of tiles for single bath room of size 5*6 sq feet.
9.Aluminium cost per sq food for windows.
10. Total cost of paint of good quality.
11. Total cost of pipes and sanitary ware.
12. Any other hidden cost which I could mention above.
I request experts of this forum to guide me in this regard, I would be grateful for an early response.

You may need to hire a professional quantity surveyor to get all that quantities.
The best way is to start construction, no one can give you accurate info.
You can finish a A class construction 5 marla house without basement in 30 Lac Rupees, approxiamately, in the budget Steel, Cement etc prices are rising again, so also keep that in mind.
I think its too hard to construct 5 marla A house in 30 lacs.
