Can anyone help me with construction estimate please. I would like to have inshAllah a 4 bed with on 4 baths, drawing, dining, kitchen, double story house in one kanal, covered are of 3500-3600 square ft, plus a basement with 2 rooms, a lounge and a bath in basement, with a1 finishing.
A rough estimate would do at this point.
