You must know the cost at every step. *(how much it costs in foundation, how much in super structure, and how much in different finishing stages). We are engineers and contractors in islamabad . Have vast experience in building construction at reasonable rates with quality
cost depends on covered area and structure drawing ,, soil conditions ..
Normally grey structure cost you around 1500sft with material
and good finishes 1200 per sft.. So you can have a good house in 2700 per sft..
if you go for high end imported finish products you like spanish tiles and heavy sanitary fitting it will go up to 3500 to 4000 per sft
