Dear Asalam o alikum,
Soak-age pit and septic tank are very minor work, so I think it is very hard that any contractor appear to do this minor job because input and output ratio. So it is better that you contact yours local (Street) labor and they will do this task on daily wages. It is not a technical work also. Thanks. For any query or help you can call me.
