I need to ask you regarding interior elevation of 10 Marla double storey house. What would be good for rooms, kitchen and baths floor in terms of look but within reasonable price? Should I go for different options i.e. wood flooring for rooms, marble or tiles for kitchen and baths. Or would it be fine to buy either marble of different colors or tiles of different qualities or mix of all?
Your valuable comments needed in detail with prices if possible.

It all depends on your choice liking and budget.
You can do bed room in wood floor as well as both other choices of tiles or marble.
Baths can be done in many stylish tiles with difference borders and paterns.
So it is basically all depends on design and color scheme you want to follow.

In a 10 marla house without basement, you can easily build 6 bedrooms, with attach barhtooms, 2 kitchens, Drawing/Dining upper and down portion.
Plus, i would recommend Tiles for washroom and for Lounge and Drawing room and rooms, you can choose different coloured tiles, for garage and laundry area, you can use marble.

Total area can be 3161.75 or around 3200 to 3300.
You should take it on higher side 3300.
