I have plot of 55x100 feet. I am planing to start construction in next few months. Covered area will be more or less 3000 seq feet. I am confused what will be better option single or double story.
Any one can guide if i decide to build in parts what will be option.

Its depends on your budget and requirements.
If you have no problems with budget then you should go at once for
double story to get less costs.

The total covered area will be more or less 3000 seq feet, as per my requirements. If i go for double floor, the ground floor will be around 1800. It will suit in the plot of 55X100. Like this half of the plot will be empty.
