I wanted some estimates for a 6 and a single basement “for parking” plaza in bahria town lahore.Estimate 2000sf basement and 12000sf structure.Estimates only for gray structure. Please provide costs for grade a+ and a only.No estimates for grade b and c.

with A grade material basment cost is 2000 x 2250 =4500000 PKR
FOR grey structure of 12000 sq ft area cost is 12000 x 1500 =18000000 PKR

esimated time of grey structure is maximum 6 month with schaduled payments.
We can give you design and execution services at one place.
We have recently handed over 2 Kanal plaza covering 15000 sq ft in Gulberg Lahore.
For Basement Rs.2000/sq ft and rest Rs.1550/sq to 17750/sq ft st depends on design.
This is not six month job and can be completed in 9 months to 12 month depends on payment structure and schedule.

U mean almost 14000 sf,but first let to know also need steel&other material estimation?please clear first
I think you people estimating low because in today rates steel rates are on peak and in bahria town basement+ground+3 the steel will cost 50 to 60+ton and cost will go with 60grade is 12000000 and others block crush cement shuttering other labour grey structure will cost about 2700 to 2800 pr sqr foot
