Feasible if i construct 8 marla of 15 marla plot.

I am planing to construct 8 marla of my 15 marla plot. Rest 7 will be left for garage and lawn.

Wondering if it will effect construction cost? Also can you please share some modern designs for 8 marla home.

Ground floor: 1 bed, tv lounge, drawing room, kitchen

Upper floor: 2 beds, tv lounge + kitchen
