I can share my personal experience which may be differnet than others.
Total covered area: around 3,300 sft
Total time: 10 months
Total cost: around 3000 Rs/sft
Yes i agree with umair javed the above rates depend upon the type of finishing and 10 month to 12 month time for 10 marla house

Construction cost depends on map of the building and location. For grey structure cost may be around 1500 to 1800 per square feet because in the grey structure you should not save the money. Use good quality brick, steel and cement. In the finishing phase yours cost may be 1000 to 1500 per square feet. It depends what quality of accessories you use, Here is margin you can use high or low quality to save money. Thank
