The A+ ,a and B Grades are different type of finishing materials to be used in House construction.
A+ where All the imported finishing items are used with high standard brands
Rates will be around 3000/sft+ and so on type of finishing materials you select.
A Grade where All Pakistani Made high Quality finishing materials will be used.
Rate will be around 2400 to 2600/sft.
