What is the development cost formula for one kanal size of plot including basement and first floor in the twin cities ?

You add the covered area of basement,Ground floor,First floor and mumty than multiply that with the rates given you to per sqft by any contractor.
Multiply covered area with rate quoted by any contractor. Suppose your areas are as below;
Basement area = 2000 sft
Ground Floor area = 3000 sft
First floor area = 2500 sft
Total covered area = 7500 square feet
(supposed )Rate @ per sft = Rs. 2000 / sft
Cost to build above cov. Area building = Rs. 15 Million
