While I make one of the biggest decisions in life i.e. to buy a house within a really limited budget with no chances of borrowing if I get short or any other help, it is vital for someone like me to be able to know what to expect in terms of expenditure when it comes to construction of a house.
The areas in Islamabad would most likely be one of the following:
1) Soan Garden
2) Pakistan Town
3) Bahria Town Phase 8
My question would be, and I am asking for an average construction, nothing too superb:
1) How much would 5 Marla double storey house cost if constructed?
2) How much would 6 Marla double storey house cost if constructed?
3) How much would 7 Marla double storey house cost if constructed?
4) How much would 1 Marla single storey house cost if constructed?
I would highly appreciate your feedback.

It all depends on your desgin and site actual conditions to give you final cost.
For your idea with normal finishes Rs.1300/sq ft to 1500/sq ft for total covered area.
You can have idea of cost to multiply with your total covered area.
