Can anyone suggest how much estimated cost?
Grey structure will cost you between 28 and 32 lacs deoending on soil test report. Finishing starts from Rs. 900 sqft and up. Finishinh depends on the material chosen by yourself.
So for a good quality house 50-60 lacs budget is good enough...
It is hard to get an estimate here all you get is too many advert.
Approximate 65 lac of ground floor and first floor complete with all respect till fixing main gate along with A grade material .
