Dear friends,

For some renovation work of my house located in bahria town rawalpindi (1 kanal double story), i need your advice if this work should ideally by done by ourselves by sub-letting/sub-leasing small jobs to different people or should we hire some service provider who could recommend and execute it as a project.

If we go with second option, i am not aware how much extra cost would it be, whether it would be transparent service charges on top of material or how.

Scope of work:
- upgradation of main gate
- small lawn grassing
- paint job for full house
- floor polish for full house
- door polish for full house
- all washroom sinks change
- kitchen floor upgradation
- extension of terrace and movement of porch pillar.

I would also like to know budgetary cost estimation too.
