I have a plot in Bahria phase 8 in sector f1 near the graveyard. It value is little bit down as compared to other plots of same sector because of this graveyard. It is approx.40 feet high and 100 feet away from graveyard. Would you suggest us to construct house there or not. It is both ends open plot.

It is obvious that properties near graveyards usually have lesser values comparatively. For what purpose do you want to construct a house there>? Is it for living purposes or investing?
If you are planning to sell it after construction, you may face trouble in selling it. p.s....this is not something to embarrass you, but thats a fact, people usually avoid properties near graveyards.
