Good package in current scenario, it will boost construction activities throughout Pakistan in coming days In Shaa Allah.

Package is not announced yet, Hopefully will be announced very soon. What this package will bring to the common man, its not clear but it will be beneficial for big construction companies like Descon, Royal STONE, unisys, MATRAcon, Habib RAFIQ, ZKB etc.
