Sand = 2700 rs / cum. ( 1 dumper of sand =6.5 cum. And it costs 18,000)

Aggregates(3/8"down) = 3100 rs / cum. ( 1 dumper of sand =6.5 cum. And it costs 20,000)

Steel = 76,000 Rs/Ton

Bricks =7,500Rs per 1000 bricks

Shuttering =25 Rs/ sqft

Sand and gravel is too much costly. Is it coming from outside islamabad/rawalpindi.
