Do i need an noc from any authority when building a house in isb district so non-cda land. Do i need to also have my architectural drawings approved by some authority? And finally do you if i can build a 3 story home??

As per my knowledge, no approval is required in Islamabad Rural Areas but still CDA is playing games without building any type of infrastructure and try to make money.
