In karachi there is a trend of selling portions in north nazimabad & other areas of karachi as well but documentation point view it is not good , kbca & kda both not approved any such type of construction what you recommand about this type of property.

If kbca & kda, both are not approving such properties, then i recommend you to avoid investing in such properties. It is not a healthy act to put your hard-earned on stake.
