How to enforce bayana agreement? We did an agreement to purchase a house paid 60 lacs to the seller, now he says he doesnt want to sell.
Initially asked him to pay the 60 lacs and cancel but he says he spent some money from it and cannot refund immediately.
Please suggest me legal ways to pursue this. He kept us waiting for 3 weeks and now he backs out. I want him to pay 60 lacs over 60 that he owes us.
Please suggest course of action. Appreciate it.
