I buy a house from my father 5 years ago in which my mother , sister are living together with my brother and his family i am living abroad. Two years ago i transfer my house in my wife’s name as hiba registry. I need that house now for the family . But my brother denied to empty it and asked to sell him as old days value. I said how i can remove him from my house.
Unless you can somehow force him to leave the home (without using illegal force) the only recourse you really have is the legal one.
