I have a 10 marla plot (with possession) in rawalpindi bharia phase 8, block g. I want to know if the plots allotted in block g of phase 8 are legal as they are close to takht pari area of rawalpindi forest area or we will also face legal issues like bharia karachi in future. Please i need sincere advice as this is the whole saving of my life. Thanks, mirza
I have heard from other senior members on this site that the only block that might be affected from the SC issue are some parts of Rafi block but even that might not happen as the CJ is offering BT and MR a deal where they pay some money and get it regularised. I think block G is far away and you might be actually be quite lucky as I also heard on this site that Bahria Hamlets (next to block G) are now part of DHA.
