I am planning to build 7 marla house in jinnah garden islamabad.I want to know that what are the rules regarding covered area for the house.
You have to follow society rules, any how you need to leave back and front, 5ft open. Rest area can be constructed, your architect should prepare a drawing as per laws, no need to worry. Nothing is special.
