I have been informed that my plot is developed and ready for possession so kindly take possession before 20th may.
I have no plan to deposit possession fee and utilization charges so does anybody know what will be the penalty in the long run?

Honestly, I haven't purchased any plot in Bahria Town, so I am not familiar with their operational mechanisms except what I read in the news or occasionally hear from friend.
However, bro, if you have the money, I strongly recommend that you take over the possession. On one hand we have hundreds of people trying to get possession from Bahria Town and there you are saying you won't take possession.
The biggest penalty that you might face is someone, even Bahria Town, encroaching on your land.
Hopefully, some Bahria Town expert will give you a better reply though.
Total cost of taking possession is around 4.5 Lac and after that one has to start building a house within 3 years. If not done so, penalty is even higher.
