Residential bye-laws of cda at 60’x90’ plot
Minimum space you need to leave from four sides is as below
Front (min) = 15 feet
back (min) = 10 feet
side 1(min) = 10 feet
side 2(optional) = 5 feet
Car porch -> 200 to 400 sq. Feet
Max mumty -> 400 sq. Feet
Maximum storeys allowed = 2
Maximum heights allowed = 30 feet
