I come to know that selling of House Portions size 250 Gaaz or of any size e.g. (House divided in Ground, 1st & 2nd Floor) are not legally allowed by KDA because there is no such article which giving permission to sell house in this way & there is no mutation process also. All is illegal.
Is it correct ?
