What is open expire file or plot and what is open form plot? Thanks for any help to understand the terms.
I ll describe the terms step wise
Open File: It is a legal document which is for the plot which is not yet allocated and even in no ones name. For instance you have a plot file which is open plot file in lets say Bahria Town, means you are owner of some plot which is not yet demarcated means have not got the plot number. (the one who have this open file document with him is considered as the owner of the plot)
Expired File: It is the same above document but when the concerned authority demarcate the plots with the numbers the authority ask you to register the plot of yours to the authority in required time which definitely require cash but for the sake of saving money or you haven't got the news of registering the plot in your name before the expiry, or any other reason you are unable to register it in time.. Authority will charge you a fine for that and after the expiry Date the file is called as EXPIRED FILE.
Open Form Plot: This is the same document as the open file.. Actually the open file is a form which is firstly given to you as an evidence that you have a plot here in this society. Or in other words open file or open form plot is the same thing.
