I have housing societies to develop plots, to develop sb’s, to develop housing society with construction, hbfc/bank loan/credit limit (with bank guarantee 760swift/sblc) from foreign prime bank, zameen.Com or banks who are offering finance for construction n building can be arranged if yes then details of it are required
2nd question only plots upon plots for construction are available in khi pakistan, 4 story sb’s can be built, hbfc/other mortgage loans in which 10% payment to owner or remaining completion some on credit and some on cash basis 30/70 or 50/50% finance private/banks/mortgage i can get, then construction on contract a lot of work we can do
