Hi, i have plot in phase 8 safari valley and now i want to get any bank home mortgage/finance but according to my information no any bank/hbfc or institution investing for bahria. Please guide me and give any solution.

Bahria is only for those who can pay for the house all by themselves. We had a discussion on this topic on this forum some time back and it emerged that no Bank will finance in Bahria except for a few plots in the initial phases 1-4, where people obtained registry before 2010. In short, if you have registry, you can get bank financing, otherwise no bank will accept your application. Try searching the forum titled “Loans and Mortgages”.
