I am thinking of buying a house in g-13 but am very unsure about how the housing foundation is maintaining it. Can amyone plz guide me as to what problems residents living there face? Does housing foundation maintain the sector well? Any guidance regarding this area will be appreciated.
I don’t know how things are now but a year ago it was absolute disgrace! there is no garbage collection. Saw piles of garbage on roadsides. Roads were never made properly. Pot holes every where. No greenery or trees. I think they should learn a lesson from bahria and start taking upkeep fee. I am sure people who are paying over a crore for 4 marla house can afford a small fee for necessary maintenance.
