Assalam o alikum
Freinds i need help regarding seepage in walls from washroom. External sides of walls around the washroom are getting seepage. We had stopped using that washroom and problem finished but as we have again started using it from 2 months we are again observing clear errosion in paint on the same walls.
What do u think that problem is???
Bathroom is tiled so no visible effect inside

Seems some joints have been leaked, causing this seepage. You need to break the floor of washroom and fix old pipes if possible which is very difficult, otherwise install new pipes.
