I dont believe we have 19 cases, i believe we have 100s of cases but people are not being tested/testing themselves and are not reporting.

Sir, the problem is that as someone was saying the other day, we are in uncharted territory. We don’t know how long this is going to last a problem. Probably until we develop a mass immunity or we develop a vaccine. In either case, it might take a few months and I don’think anyone will be able to clearly tell you how it is going to impact the real estate or economy. The economy will certainly slow down but our economy is already slow. So it’s likely that any recovery will be able delayed by several months, possibly half year or more depending on how long this scare lasts.
