Dear sir roads are named after important personalities and land marks all around the world. What is wrong with that?
Sorry I just understood the question. Sir I don’t think anyone can buy a road. Only way someone can own it if its located within his private land.
I don’t think its possible but if it has happened somewhere it could be a case of infamous “china cutting”.
