The purpose of this forum is to exchange views and suggestions and expert opinions of Dealers, Investors, sellers, purchasers, developers with each other. Thanks to Zameen.com management for adding this useful forum over here. But its now our responsibility to advise or post or reply honestly.
Thanks. So the purpose of this forum is to help each other. When we debate on some point the purpose is to justify opinion not to critisize each other. I think when we discuss pros and cons of some property,sector,area we want to clear every aspect of it so we able to reach some helpful conclusion.

I agree with you, however someone has to play the devils advocate and portray the other side of the picture as well.
Since you are contributing on a regular basis, this will help to establish your authority and people will trust your opinion more over others.
