Some one told me about stock exchange business in simple way that "In a village a old man came with his assistant and announced to purchase Monkeys and will give money in advanced and will purchase one monkey in 500 rupees. All village go around the village to pick monkeys ant to sell in handsome amount. old man made an huge iron cage to restrain all the monkeys in the cage. when all the monkeys finished he announced to purchase one monkey on 1000 rupees. village people go to other villages nearby to pick up monkeys and get handsome amount. When all these finished he announced that it has became very very tough to pic monkey that is why he will purchase monkey in 2000 rupees but there was no monkey available. Then old man asked something to his assistant and go abroad. At evening assistant asked people that he will help you all people to get monkeys in this way that i will give you one monkey in 1700 rupees and tomorrow you will sell these in 2000 rupees and get 300 as profit and you people no need to go here and there in search of monkeys. All of a sudden people purchased all monkeys in rs 1700 per monkey and go away. They were waiting for tomorrow but next day there was no one to purchase these monkeys. old man and his assistant sold the monkeys in 1200 and 700 profit." Real estate business is in the same way in global scene. There are small and big sized people like old man for general public to get there profit.
