I have about 90 lack rupees. I want to ask should i buy a shop and rent it out or one of my friend is a property dealer, should i invest the amount with him, i.E; buy some plot and sale it out etc.

Renting out shop has lot of problems. Vacating issues, goodwill demands and low rentals.
