Dear all, iam an overseas pakistani having plot in mumtaz city islamabad.
I need some sound advice as whetehr i should start making my home there? Is it worth place living in long term and what is current sitiaion of construction in that area?
AOA, Mumtaz City is a good Society and a few people have built their houses there.
Mumtaz City has an outstanding location and if you can wait for some time it will very good to live there.
Due to Airport there is some hustle and bustle and now its just the matter of time Once a few people will start Construction many will follow them.
You can also build just the stucture and leave the Finishing for the right time.

It's nice to hear that you have plot at most lucrative place of Capital which would be the great living place in near future, it's matter of few years, in my opinion it's the best time of construction of your house for living either for good rental income, feel free to contact me for any further assistance.
