This society is located in Rawalpindi region. CDA nothing to do with this. Location is best. The nearest society to Islamabad. Sector 4 is located adjacent to its first 3 sectors which are successful and fully populated. Also I would recommend to purchase plot from the owner instead of purchasing through Star Marketing installment scheme in which you have to pay extra 2 lakhs.
Have you observed that the area/land of sector 4 is in depression. what to say about that?
