Ali bro, generally it is not the interest, it is actually the limitation of budget for having a house, people go for apartments... The trend is changing all over the country in big cities for moving into the flats in central locations rather than having houses in far areas.

Fully agree with Mr. Khan opinion. Plot plus construction costs are very high now. Even people with handsome earnings are finding it very hard to own a house in decent place. My self also unwillingly bought an apartment in an area where i wanted to own a house.
