i am an turkish investor. And we are really new in pakistan market. So it is a little bit confusing for us because of the different terminology and numbering system.
i would like to know what is the difference between “covered area” and “area”?
sometimes it is said “covered area”: 850 sq.Ft. And below this figure it is said “area”: 925 sq.Ft.
does the second “area” mean gross area? And which part of the aparment is included?
