Hi, i am looking for a quote for the construction of a 4 storey building with a basement.
Basement
First floor: 2 shop units
Second floor: 2 office units and flat in the backside.
Third floor: 2 flats.
Fourth floor: 2 flats.
The land is 5 marla plot in faisilabad which is 35 foot by 45 foot.
If you can send me of what your work could look like please can you email me with your portfolio. I would also be interested in your opinions regarding the build. The material are desired to be of a high quality but my aim is to keep costs low so the decoration is not of concern.
